1. Scope of application

2. Conclusion of contract

By completing a booking the customer offers the provider 4h-jewellery-tutorials.com (hereinafter referred to as “Provider”) a binding offer to conclude a contract to buy licenses to access the Provider’s online tutorials temporarily. The Provider accepts this offer by sending a booking confirmation mail to the customer’s mail address after the booking. Bought licenses grant permission to temporarily access the tutorial materials (view and stream information in the form of text, sound and images and videos) for personal, non commercial transitory viewing only. The expiry period for access is usually 365 days and is specified in the product description of the respective tutorial.
2.2. The license is not a transfer of title and under this license you may not:

3. Online tutorials returns / withdrawal

In order to enable customers to access the online tutorials immediately after purchase, customers are explicitly requested to waive their right of withdrawal during the booking process. With the waiver, purchases of tutorials cannot be withdrawn anymore.
3.2. Due to the instant, digital nature of our tutorials, once purchased we are unable to offer refunds on our tutorials. If you are unsatisfied with the content for any reason, please get in touch with us.
